New Sweetwater County School District No. 1 Superintendent Mathew Neal is in the process of settling into his position after three weeks. In a recent interview, Neal said his three goals for the school district’s future are to increase the level of trust with the surrounding community, create greater collaboration internally and externally, and create better communication. “We will be a transparent organization,” Neal said.
