Superintendent Mathew Neal outlined his strategic action plan and objectives to the Sweetwater County School No. 1 Board of Trustees on Monday night. The strategy in action plan had many different objectives, including focusing on the system’s work to reduce “noise” to provide an anchor on which to align department/ school improvement plans, assessments, and evaluations.
